Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-05-18
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VenueFuze, a product of Zafronix LLC (“VenueFuze,” “we”). By creating an organizer account or completing a ticket purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Two kinds of users
Organizers are the businesses, schools, nonprofits, and venues that publish events on VenueFuze. Organizers own their attendee data and are responsible for the accuracy of event details, refund commitments, and any regulated activity (e.g. raffles, gambling-adjacent auctions where applicable law restricts them).
Attendees are the people purchasing tickets, bidding on auction items, or otherwise transacting at an event. Attendees' relationship for purposes of the event itself (admission, refund, complaint) is with the Organizer.
2. Account responsibilities
- Organizers must provide accurate organization information, including a verifiable contact email and (for paid events) a connected Stripe account.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us promptly at security@venuefuze.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You may not share or resell your sign-in. Member accounts must be invited individually for each named operator.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. on the Organizer's connected account. Your purchase is governed additionally by Stripe's End-User Terms. VenueFuze is not a party to the payment itself; we provide the platform that initiates the charge and reflects its status in receipts and refunds.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and by the Organizer's posted refund window. The Organizer initiates refunds; VenueFuze passes the refund through Stripe and updates the order and ticket status accordingly.
5. Acceptable use
Your use of VenueFuze must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it, with or without notice depending on severity.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep the service available 24/7 and target the uptime levels described in our SLA. We provide the service “as is” — see Section 9 (Disclaimers).
7. Intellectual property
VenueFuze owns the platform, codebase, designs, and marks. Organizers retain ownership of the event content they upload (titles, descriptions, images, agenda, sponsor information). Organizers grant VenueFuze a non-exclusive license to display and process that content for the purpose of operating the event.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing support@venuefuze.com. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. Order, ticket, and refund history will be retained as required by law.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, VenueFuze disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VenueFuze's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to VenueFuze in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US$100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
12. Changes
We may revise these Terms; the “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any change. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
